Poor interface

The interface does not allow player to take fewer gems than the max and waste time forcing player to return gems to supply. It is often non-responsive when attempting to retrieve gems, also wasting time which penalizes players when attempting challenges.

The game crashes on launch and the support link goes to DOW page that offers nothing but game play advice.
