Why oh why must you have sound when my mute button is engaged. Its a no Brainer. Its worth 1 1/2 stars. I know that playing against opponents in the cloud is hard but why not pass and play? Splendor is a board game to play with other people and the iOS version should be as well. Carcason and ticket to ride are two great examples of how this can be done. Also worth another 1 1/2 stars. Still a fun game but two items that shouldnt be that hard to implement.

The game is fun, surprisingly clever and has depth. However, took 15% of my battery on 6S plus on auto bright in a dim room to play one round.... Kind of limiting as to when or where you can play. Phone heated up as well. Its just cards and coins!

The people complaining about the AI, must be the people that can beat a Rubix Cube in 20 moves. Its a beautiful iPad game the AI is killing me, also there are different AI modes balanced, random, opportunistic etc...

This is really a fun game, but I am 20 for 20 against AI. A stronger AI and online play are must-haves in the future if this is going to remain on my device.

As good as the physical card game without the setup. PLEASE add online turn-based functionality to play with friends. Also, it drains the battery so quickly!

Please fix the battery drain issues. Im using a 6S Plus. The phone heats up significantly while playing and the battery drains about 20% in one round of play. That is unacceptable for a mobile game.

Great port...good game...but how does it still not have multiplayer (online)? That is the #1 requirement most people have to play board games...to be able to play against other people.

I love this game. Both the tangible game and the in hand touch screen version. I love the challenges option and look to update the app for more challenges.

Am I missing something? I love this board game but here its IMPOSSIBLE to beat a program with an algorithm to get all the nobles with the fewest amount of moves. The last game I played the computer got all three nobles. There should be a difficulty setting because right now Ive wasted $6.99 on a game anyone less than a mathematical genius (or computer) couldnt possibly win :-/ UPDATE: I am taking off another star because when I earn nobles, the game is still not awarding them to me. This game is officially unplayable and Id press for a refund if I hadnt already wasted too much time trying to play this buggy game.

Love the game, both on the table and in the app. Ive put some stupid amount of time into this app, and continue to enjoy the challenge.

The game needs a more difficult AI. I have never played the physical game and decided to buy the app to try it out. I barley lost the first game and have not lost since. I have tried various combinations of AI type and number of opponents. All one has to do is concentrate on buying as many of the cheap resources on the bottom row. Then you can quickly obtain all the nobel cards. The only time I buy from the upper two rows is when the first row is depleted. Since I have not played against a human opponent, I am not sure if this is an AI issue or a game design issue.

One of the best games I have ever played. You can easily get lost in it and play for hours!

This is my wifes favorite game. Pass and play is fine, but I own the game and its better to play with the physical copy. I was hoping for online play with family when were not together. My fault not reading everything. Its still fun but without online play its lacking. Beating AI just as much fun as playing family and friends. This would probably be my most used app if it had online play.

Playing the AI gets old.... When will an update allow for online play?

Very good digital implementation of the Splendor tabletop game. Needs online play. One issue: the game plays music while my phone is in silent mode...please fix.

I have no clue what Im doing. I just keep tapping cards. Am I winning?

All I get is a black screen when I go to play. I can hear cards being selected (noises) but no graphics. Worked fine on an Air 2, but theres clearly some bug on the Pro 9.7 making it unplayable. Please fix ASAP!

Unable to get the game to work on iPad Pro 9.7". Splash screen comes up then screen goes black. Wait a few seconds and menu shows. Select tutorial and screen goes black and stays black. Music is still working the entire time. Tried closing out app, tried power cycling iPad, nothing works and NOT having this issue with other apps.

This app crashed on the 9.7" iPad Pro OS9.3.1. It cannot run at all as you immediately get a black screen.

Only complaint is when playing 3 AIs the AI just above you cheats like crazy by taking cards it cant afford andor paying nothing for for them. Luckily in the early stages it also fails to score points on those stolen cards but it can be very frustrating toward the end when it just takes a card without coins and does score the points to win
